AUTOMATED BLAST FINISHING BRINGS BENEFITS

The compact RXS 400 (Rotary Indexing Spindle) blast machine delivers an accurate, consistent and uniform surface finish, with high productivity.

Eliminating the variations inevitable in hand processing can dramatically increase component quality, cost control and productivity.

We offer free feasibility trials for customers wanting to move up the automation ladder.

BLAST MEDIA

We stock over 60 different blast media products, from best sellers Honite (glass bead) and Saftigrit (brown and white alumina, aluminium oxide) to Zirblast and Zirshot (fused zirconia).

The table below offers you PDF datasheets on the most popular media types. To view PDFs you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have this software please use the link provided to download a FREE copy.

To view PDF datasheets click the buttons below. To download and save the PDF to your computer right click the button, select 'Save Target As..' and choose a destination to save the file to.
THE BLAST MEDIA GUIDE

This handy 4-page guide covers materials used for media, how media type affects finish, how to select the right media - plus what everyone needs to know about 'sand blasting'.

The 'Blast Media Guide' - essential reading if you specify blast media supplies

This guide is essential reading for anyone who specifies blast media or is new to blast finishing.
