EB1 – Endless Belt Blast System

Guyson’s EB1 Endless Belt Tumbleblast system is engineered for saturation grit blasting high volumes of small components and can be used with hard, fast-cutting abrasives such as aluminium oxide, soft plastic media or low-density glass bead.

Its specialised design ensures precise and efficient batch cleaning, deburring, deflashing, cosmetic finishing and surface treatment of small metal components, to the highest standard.

The EB1 excels at performing saturation treatment on small components in bulk, which are gently tumbled at constant speed under an air powered blast stream, on a perforated endless belt made in abrasion
resistant rubber.

In addition, the EB1 systems are ideal for use in conjunction with Guyson's aqueous washing and degreasing systems.
