Dedicated Blast Finishing Facility - Manual, Automated & Robotic Blasting
Guyson’s state of the art Blast Finishing Facility is designed to provide customers with comprehensive testing, ensuring full confidence in their blasting applications.
A selection of Guyson blasting machinery is available for testing, ranging from our manual Formula blast cabinets to our bespoke automated robotic blast systems. Manual blast machines, such as the Formula range are ideal for light to medium industrial use, or applications where blasting is performed intermittently. In contrast automated solutions, such as our robotic blast system, deliver the highest level of precision, consistent results and minimal media wastage.

Ultrasonic Cleaning Test Facility
Guyson’s Test & Evaluation centre also includes a new Ultrasonic Cleaning Test Facility. Designed to meet growing industry demands, this facility enables customer component trials, demonstrations and precision cleaning within a controlled environment. An increasingly critical requirement for high-end medical, aerospace and electronic PCB manufacturers.
The Ultrasonic Cleaning Facility features a diverse selection of Guyson’s ultrasonic precision cleaning machines, alongside ‘Kerry’ branded equipment. This includes the Guyson Microsolve Mono and Co-Solvent automated systems, the latter of which is equipped with an Autotrans iDrive automated work-handling system. This advance system minimises the solvent drag-out whilst maximising production throughput, ensuring consistent cleaning quality from batch to batch.
To further guarantee exceptional results, Guyson provides rigorous cleanliness verification using advanced analytical equipment.
