\Guyson RXS900 Blasting Brake ShoesBlasting takes place at two of the six spindles, which are positively driven by a toothed belt to ensure an even blast coverage during rotation of the component. Components can be either manually, pick and place or robotically loaded and unloaded depending on volumes, handling complexity and subsequent operations.

A suction or pressure fed media delivery system, media separator and dust extraction system make up a complete installation and these items are specified to match each specific application.

Prospective users of Guyson automated blast finishing systems are encouraged to submit sample components for free feasibility testing in the company’s extensive Component Finishing Centre at Skipton, England.
