Guyson SA (Hall 6, Stand 6P18), one of the leading European finishing equipment manufacturers, will exhibit at the Global Industrie show at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center from 17-20th May 2022. There will be an opportunity to view both Guyson's blast finishing and ultrasonic cleaning equipment lines of industrial finishing equipment on the stand, which will be staffed by French and English speaking Guyson sales engineers to provide visitors with full technical assistance.

Exhibited will be blast cabinets from both the Euroblast® (Industrial Use) and Formula (Light Manufacturing) ranges. Frequently, Guyson blast cabinets are used for applications such as component surface finishing, general maintenance, surface preparation before bonding, anodising or plating, and for imparting a wide range of cosmetic surface finishing to a variety of glass, metal or plastic products, as well as to products created using 3D printing or additive manufacturing.

Both, Formula and Euroblast manual blast cabinets are supplied by many 3D printing and additive manufacturers to their customers as the preferred post-processing choice for finishing SLA and FDM components. Also, they are used by dozens of actual end-users and 3D print bureaus for their ability to remove surface imperfections; creating a value-adding surface finish or precisely keyed surface for painting or coating.

ATEX Logo

Guyson also manufactures fully ATEX-certified blast systems for those most critical applications and has been approved for use in potentially explosive environments. This is particularly relevant to additive manufacturing (AM) applications that use fine powders of materials such as plastic, aluminium, titanium and inconel, which can produce explosive atmospheres.

Euroblast Ex blast cabinets are available as suction fed versions in four sizes, equivalent to the Guyson Euroblast 4, 6, 8 and 10 cabinets and come with an option for a rotating basket - designed for batch blasting smaller components - on models 6 and 8; these models also offer an optional flush-mounted rotary turntable.

Guyson's Benchtop Ultrasonic Baths

Also on display will be equipment from Guyson's extensive 'Kerry' ultrasonic cleaning bath and tank ranges. Now included in this offering is their new range of benchtop ultrasonic baths - available in seven sizes ranging from 2 litres to 45 litres. These models feature an easy operation LCD, a dedicated heater control, a drain tap, as well as a stainless steel basket and lid. Typically, ultrasonic cleaning is used for precision cleaning, and production cleaning for removing oils, swarf, polishing compounds, brazing flux, solder flux, carbonised deposits, and moulding residues. As well as for refurbishing auto and aero-engine components, and the maintenance of mould tools, extrusion dies, saw blades and cutting tools, surgical instruments, electronics assembly system parts, and small machined components.
